These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jobs 50+ website, including all services offered to job seekers and employers. By using the site, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our platform.

Jobs 50+ is operated by indivHR GmbH, Ballgasse 4/10, 1010 Vienna, Austria.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Jobs 50+ website and services.
“User” means anyone using the platform, including job seekers and employers.
“Employer” refers to companies or individuals posting job listings.
“Job Seeker” refers to individuals searching and applying for jobs.

3. Use of the Platform

For Job Seekers: You may use Jobs 50+ to search and apply for jobs. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account.
For Employers: You can post job listings and view candidate applications. All job postings must be accurate and comply with employment laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Listings

Posting Jobs: Employers can post jobs that are suitable for candidates aged 50+ or open to all ages without discrimination.
Job Duration: Each job listing remains live for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
Featured Jobs: Employers may purchase premium listings for increased visibility.

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices for job postings and promotional packages are listed on our Pricing page.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a job listing is live.

6. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they submit, including resumes, job descriptions, and messages.
Jobs 50+ reserves the right to remove content that violates laws, is offensive, or breaches these terms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Jobs 50+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post misleading or false job listings or profiles
• Discriminate against candidates based on age, race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
• Use the platform for spamming or unauthorized marketing
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Jobs 50+ is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of job listings or candidate profiles
• Any employment decisions made by employers or job seekers
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss

Our platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

Jobs 50+ may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria, with jurisdiction in Vienna, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
